FULL-TIME/PART-TIME:
Full-Time


SCHEDULE:
M-T, 9 hours (in-office)/F, 4 hours (remote)


FLSA STATUS:
Hourly - Non-Exempt

***: Responsible for processing invoices and the assigned responsibilities that accompany this task.


PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Responsible for invoice coding & data entry (manually and using ProcureIt). Invoice routing to the appropriate individual(s) for approval
  • Proof voucher packets to ensure the accuracy of data input
  • Prepare statement reconciliations as needed for pastdue accounts
  • Follow up on invoices not approved within 60 days
  • Other duties as assigned

KNOWLEDGE, EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:


  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Associate's Degree or collegelevel business courses desired.
  • A minimum of 3 years experience in Accounts Payable.
  • Oil & Gas experience is preferred.
  • This position requires the ability to provide highvolume data entry with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Must demonstrate professional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work as a team member and display excellent organizational skills.
  • Experience with MS Word and MS Excel.

  • Report to the Corporate Office daily and adhere to schedule
  • Ability to access, input, and retrieve information from a computer and/or electronic device
  • Ability to have facetoface conversations with stakeholders, peers and executive management
  • Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time and move around work environment as needed
  • Comply with company policies and procedure

PHYSICAL REQIREMENTS:


  • Requires prolonged sitting, some bending and stooping
  • Occasional lifting up to 10 lbs.
  • Manual dexterity sufficient to operate a computer keyboard and calculator
