FULL-TIME/PART-TIME:
Full-Time
SCHEDULE:
M-T, 9 hours (in-office)/F, 4 hours (remote)
FLSA STATUS:
Hourly - Non-Exempt
***: Responsible for processing invoices and the assigned responsibilities that accompany this task.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for invoice coding & data entry (manually and using ProcureIt). Invoice routing to the appropriate individual(s) for approval
- Proof voucher packets to ensure the accuracy of data input
- Prepare statement reconciliations as needed for pastdue accounts
- Follow up on invoices not approved within 60 days
- Other duties as assigned
KNOWLEDGE, EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Associate's Degree or collegelevel business courses desired.
- A minimum of 3 years experience in Accounts Payable.
- Oil & Gas experience is preferred.
- This position requires the ability to provide highvolume data entry with a high degree of accuracy.
- Must demonstrate professional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work as a team member and display excellent organizational skills.
- Experience with MS Word and MS Excel.

- Report to the Corporate Office daily and adhere to schedule
- Ability to access, input, and retrieve information from a computer and/or electronic device
- Ability to have facetoface conversations with stakeholders, peers and executive management
- Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time and move around work environment as needed
- Comply with company policies and procedure
PHYSICAL REQIREMENTS:
- Requires prolonged sitting, some bending and stooping
- Occasional lifting up to 10 lbs.
- Manual dexterity sufficient to operate a computer keyboard and calculator
