- Assist with research and analysis of compensation and benefits data to identify trends and support strategic decision-making.
- Help maintain accurate employee records in our HRIS system.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of communication materials for employee benefits programs.
- Assist with special projects, including benefits audits, surveys, and enrolment support.

- Current student with a strong academic record, ideally in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
