» Your responsibilities:


  • Drive our corporate goals and visions forward on a daily basis in our crossproduct areas
  • Act as a key sparring partner for our operational areas and strengthen our Hellmann organization both internally and externally
  • Define and implement global OMT strategy and guidelines for standard processes
  • Govern HWL tender processing standards, including tools, processes, and templates
  • Enforce guidelines, standards, and tools for HWL tender processing
  • Manage, direct, and monitor the overall performance of the tender process activities to ensure maximum efficiency, quality, service, and profitability
  • Foster collaboration between Global & Regional Sales and Product functions
  • Support Product teams in defining HWL product/service/pricing offerings and gather customer feedback and won/lost analytics
  • Identify IT improvement and digital solutions needs for salesrelated technologies and systems
  • Provide functional leadership for global OMT teams

» Your key skills:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Logistics, or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in tender management for Seafreight and Airfreight
  • Experience in managing and coordinating complex Seafreight and Airfreight RFQs
  • Knowledge of project management and logistics processes
  • Experience in leadership in an international environment
  • Fluent in English, other languages such as German, Spanish, Portuguese, or Polish are desirable
