    Summary:


    We are seeking a People Services Business Partner for our San Antonio, TX corporate headquarters – someone who loves to advise all levels of people and leadership, understands the multiple needs of a growth-oriented fast paced organization, actively pursues to create people strategies that support the business plan, and wants to be a part of building a fully integrated international People Services solution.

    Core Duties


    • Coaching key business partners on leading and managing their teams effectively.
    • Trains all levels on management in processes and best practices in all HR activities.
    • Identifies issues and areas for improvement and provides feedback for solutions.
    • Understanding HR and compliance requirements of a federal business and advising leadership on related people practices.
    • Running large scale HR processes including 360 Feedback performance management cycle, talent reviews, Benefits enrollment, engagement surveys, recruiting and onboarding and more
    • Implements strategies for Workforce and Organizational Planning
    • Managing the most complex employee relations concerns and escalations.
    • Collects and analyzes internal and external information to benchmark XPEL with competitors and recommends areas for improvement.
    • Implements strategies for efficiency in processes.
    • Assists in building an HRIS system to support a growing organization.
    • Influencing a winning culture in our San Antonio, TX and driving culture and engagement initiatives alongside business leaders that align to XPEL's values.
    • Working directly and cross-functionally with key internal stakeholders, to promote the internal and external brand of the People Services department.
    The Right Candidate Will


    • Exercise excellent judgment and make recommendations that balance the needs of employees as well as the company.
    • Have an ability to manage multiple competing and important priorities quickly, and effectively communicate back to other stakeholders and business leaders.
    • A strong sense of integrity and impeccable professional maturity is key.
    • Maintain a holistic knowledge of all major HR functional areas (Benefits, talent acquisition and talent management, basic compensation data ranges, etc.).
    • Demonstrate knowledge and experience with team dynamics.
    • Demonstrate expert knowledge of applicable employment laws, compensation philosophies, and all People Services' system mechanisms.
    • Apply excellent interpersonal skills both in one-on-one situations with all levels of personnel, and in facilitating group meetings and keeping them on track.
    • Use seasoned judgment to suggest approaches that optimize among customer needs, business/technological constraints.
    • Understand the principles of change management and able to architect and execute a change effort.
    • Consistently apply effective process management and project management skills.

    REQUIREMENTS

    • 6 or more years of HR experience, including recent experience supporting international teams
    • Experience managing the entire employee life cycle including in-depth knowledge of all onboarding, performance management, training/development, and offboarding requirements.
    • BS/BA in Management, Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or equivalent experience.
    • PHR/SPHR and/or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP preferred.
    • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
    • Strong organizational and planning skills.
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
    • Ability to work well with others both in person and across other offices through remote communications.
    • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate and integrate with geographically dispersed leaders and teams.
    • Strong problem-solving ability with prioritization and attention to detail.
