    Position: Systems Engineer

    Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Systems Engineer to join our dynamic Client Services and Infrastructure Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the security and efficiency of our client infrastructure and IT enterprise solutions. Key responsibilities include managing web integrations, application security, data protection, and providing exceptional client support. As a core member of our team, you will play a critical role in architecting, securing, and maintaining our critical infrastructure for Enterprise IT.

    Essential Functions:

    • Contribute to the development of new programs, products, and process improvements.
    • Participate in industry or corporate programs and initiatives.
    • Respond to internal and external requests for information.
    • Prepare materials for meetings, workshops, and seminars.
    • Collaborate with senior managers, utilities, and personnel at all levels.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices through seminars, meetings, and workshops.
    • Identify areas for improvement and assist in developing action plans.
    • Mentor junior team members.
    • Perform additional duties as assigned.

    Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

    • Proficiency in Linux and Microsoft operating systems with advanced skills.
    • Familiarity with Cloud Technologies and Infrastructure Architecture principles.
    • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Ability to develop innovative solutions leveraging specialized knowledge.
    • Effective task management and prioritization skills.
    • Capability to work independently and collaboratively.
    • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
    • Ability to build trust and rapport with colleagues and stakeholders.

    Education, Licenses, and Certifications:

    • High School Diploma or GED required.
    • Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.

    Experience:

    • Over 5 years of experience in managing and administrating infrastructure.
    • More than 3 years of experience in Linux administration and server setup.
    • Extensive experience with Azure, MS 365, or Office on-premises administration.
    • Demonstrated expertise in security endpoint configuration and monitoring.
    • Proven track record with Ping SSO, BeyondTrust PAM products, and Intune.
    • 5+ years of combined experience in managing MS365 and on-premises server infrastructure.
    • Solid background in managing cloud-based services and platforms.
