These are your responsibilities:

Dealer support, customer support, analyzing equipment usage and assessing wear and tear and performance for complaints and longer rental periods
Handover, acceptance and instruction of equipment and attachments to customers in the North/East Germany region
Regular inspection of LMP equipment and attachments at LBV and service partners
Repairs of damage in the field, LBV and at service partners
Inspection of attachments and special tools such as pliers/crushers and hydraulic hammers for wear and damage after rental period
Conducting wear and tear repairs
Competent support for our customers in complaints and inquiries
Creating condition reports for equipment and attachments and preparing them for sale
Covering for vacation and sick leave (machine maintenance) at stations in the North/East Germany region

You bring with you:

Successfully completed training in the field of construction machinery, commercial vehicles or agricultural machinery
Several years of professional experience in the field of construction machinery or similar products
Good knowledge of MS Office applications
Strong customer orientation and good manners
Attention to detail, reliability and sense of responsibility
Communication skills and willingness to work in a team
Willingness to travel
Commitment, independent and goaloriented work style
Residence in the region
