    General Description / Primary PurposeThis is work performing housekeeping duties including cleaning restrooms, classrooms, offices, common-use areas, and carpet and tile floors in accordance with the APPA cleaning standards.

    Essential DutiesJob Function95%
    • Leadership, cleans and maintains classrooms, offices, kitchens, conferences rooms, common areas, stairways and building entrance areas.
    Cleans windows, doors, and display cases. This position is designated as a Tier 2 respondent for designated campus emergencies and events.

    In the event of a declared campus emergency, the position incumbent will make every effort to return to campus when directed.

    • Supplementary responsibilities.

    Required QualificationsCompletion of ninth (9th) grade required and one year of experience directly related to the job functions. HS Diploma preferred. Directly related college coursework or vocational/technical training may substitute at an equivalent rate for the required experience.
