- Reading Electrical schematics and layout drawings
- Working efficiently with the Electrical Assembly teammates
- Building & wiring electrical controls and panels
- Staging and wiring machinery for power up and systems testing
- Performing quality checks to meet QComp standards
- Working closely with and communicating with our talented team of engineers and technicians
- High School Diploma or Equivalent (Associates Degree a plus)
- Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical layouts
- High attention to detail
- Previous experience with electrical assembly a must
- Working knowledge of hand and power tools
- Positive attitude, tact, and diplomacy when dealing with customers (internal and external)
