    Job SummarySummary:
    Working as a Recruitment Coordinator, you will focus on Talents, Recruitment, and Retention Functions. You will ensure the services provided to associates are of superior quality.


    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
    Processes employment applications and assists in other employment activities.

    Identify and support all recruitments process for every operating dept .Coordinates and processes reference and background checks as requestedProcesses New Hire offer letter/packages and other candidate correspondenceLead the onboarding process in the organizationRecords employee onboarding information such as personal data, compensation, benefits, tax data, performance reviews, transfers, and termination date and reason.

    Processes new hires, terminations, employee changes, transfers, and general employee database maintenance in HRIS system after obtaining the approval from DEPARTMENT HEADSCoordinates employee relocation if anyMaintains and examines as guided a complete, accurate, and confidential personnel piles data from personnel records and prepares reports for dept heads and GM.

    reviewPerforms other duties as assigned.


    Qualifications:
    Possess a thorough knowledge of contract administration and office procedures.
    Ability to multi-task, establish priorities, and maintain organization in a changing environment.
    Proficient computer skills with Windows based office software including MS Office products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
    Knowledge of HRIS is preferred.
    Associate's degree or equivalent 2+ years of related work experience. Associates at Occasions are offered many fantastic benefits.
