We are currently representing a business in Woodlawn that is undergoing a major transformation from a traditional electronic retailer to a fully online marketplace. With ambitious plans to shift their business model from b2c to b2b, they are already serving well-known companies such as Bosch, BMW, and Mercedes, offering over 10 million products.

We are currently seeking top performers in UI/UX to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with web platforms, particularly in the realm of marketplaces or eCommerce, and will lead and drive our growing UI/UX team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing a team of 4 and providing coaching and mentoring to current designers as part of the Product Leadership Team
  • Collaborating closely with the CTO and Director of UX to ensure optimal use of resources across cross-functional teams, monitoring and improving performance, and setting best practice standards
  • Developing innovative UI/UX strategies to continuously enhance our digital offerings. This includes spearheading user tests to ensure our products meet and exceed user expectations
  • Working closely with stakeholders from various business units to drive ongoing improvements and evolution within our domains. You will also prioritize the growth and development of our UX/UI team, championing their personal and professional growth
