    The SVP of Wholesale provides a proven sales executive the opportunity to manage the fastest growing channel of this established luxury bedding brand. This role is responsible for the strategy for growing the broad selection of luxuriously soft and sustainable product lines into new big box, independent retail accounts, as well as marketplace and hospitality channels. We are looking for a leader who knows how to build teams, knows how to develop marketing strategies to boost awareness and demand for an incredible product, and can formulate strategies to synergize and optimize success in every unique channel (wholesale, marketplace, hospitality).

    This leader will be responsible for building a team, collaborating with our internal teams to develop product road maps, developing branding and channel distribution strategies, merchandising solutions, and international expansion.

    This role will also oversee our hospitality division, with an existing team and facility in Florida. We are seeking a leader who can manage the relationships with all our distributor partners, and develop growth opportunities through advertising, prospecting, and trade shows for that existing business.

    We are looking for an experienced sales leader with an established industry network who can acquire customers quickly and hit lofty goals.

    Responsibilities:

    • Execute on our existing growth strategy that leverages the demand for sustainable bedding to dramatically increase our footprint into our target furniture accounts nationwide.
    • Develop a growth strategy to merge the Cariloha luxury brand with our bed and bath products in an existing hospitality core business.
    • Manage relationships with all existing distribution partners.
    • Collaborate with the product development teams, design teams, fulfillment teams to develop sales strategies to penetrate new accounts and optimize sales within these accounts.
    • Build a sales team to open and grow new accounts and to service all existing accounts.
    • Oversee and negotiate sales agreements for new and existing accounts and ensure accurate management to the agreements by the company.
    • Collaborate with the Product and Marketing Teams to ensure that in-store displays in wholesale partners' stores meet with the brand's standards.
    • Own the creation of beautiful branded displays and creative direction for creative assets for the channel.
    • Travel to partners' corporate offices as well as the distribution center in Florida and visits to key accounts around the nation. Expect travel to up to 40% of a month.

    Knowledge and Skills Requirements:

    • Bachelor and/or Associates degree in Business or other related field preferred.
    • 10+ years experience in wholesale business for consumer goods - in the soft goods or mattress industry preferred.
    • Creative thinker that is able to collaborate while developing new plans, processes and solutions.
    • Passionate about wholesale expansion and support strategies.
    • Excellent communication and writing skills.
    • Good understanding of brand building through wholesale partners.
    • Able to generate new ideas and creative solutions with a hands-on mentality.

    Compensation and Benefits:

    • Salary range: $100K-$185K dependent on experience

    Monday - Friday, weekends as needed
