Animal Emergency and Specialty Center of Chattanooga is East Tennessee's premier veterinary provider of emergency and specialty services. Our highly trained and compassionate team provides advanced veterinary services including 24-hour Emergency and Critical Care, Surgery, Oncology, & Internal Medicine.

We invest in our team; your success is our success We are currently seeking an Emergency Technician/Assistant for our ER department with a broad skill set, strong work ethic, and a quick mind to help manage our emergency caseload. Hours are Monday – Thursday 7A-5P.

Here is What Your day May Consist of:

Intravenous catheter placement and venipuncture
Administer drugs (IV, SQ, Oral)
Assists with radiographic procedures
Perform diagnostic blood, urine, and fecal testing
Provide care to hospitalized patients
Manage invoicing of patients
Client communication and education
Admitting and discharging patients

Here is What You Will Bring to the Position:

At least 2 years of clinical experience are required
License certification preferred, but not required
Externship experience preferred, but not required
