    Veterinary Care and Specialty Group (VCSG) is seeking a Veterinary Technician to join our surgery department.

    Do you love helping animals and families? Are you looking for the next step in your career? We may be the perfect fit for you Veterinary Care & Specialty Group (VCSG) is an emergency and referral hospital located in the South Broad Street area of Chattanooga, TN.

    Our facility has the latest diagnostic equipment including MRI, ultrasound, digital x-ray, CT, and state-of-the-art lab equipment. We have board-certified surgeons for soft tissue and orthopedic surgeries. We are one of the only hospitals in the area that offers total hip replacement surgery. We have a full anesthesiology group with board-certified anesthesiologists.

    What you will be doing:
    Anesthetic Monitoring
    Diagnostic Imaging
    Administering oral, IV, SQ, & IM medications
    Surgical nursing
    Pre- and Post Op Patient Care

    CPR
    Laboratory sample handling
    Laboratory testing
    Surgical assistance
    Mathematical calculation
