    Description

    Nursing Director opportunity with Orthopedic Group with offices south of Olympia, Washington. Lead the Ambulatory Surgical Center. Full time position with great team and supportive staff.

    About the Director of Nursing role

    • Supervise staff of schedulers, medical assistants, and RN's at small private owned Ambulatory Surgical Center with Orthopedic focus
    • Hiring for team and follow up training
    • Organize and prepare staff for EMR knowledge
    • Meet with Pharmacology and Device Reps
    • Promote best patient flow and timely responses
    • Manage Customer Satisfaction goals
    • Availability to step into clinical role when needed
    Requirements of the Director of Nursing role
    • Completed RN Degree and clinical experience
    • Leadership experience with direct reports and interviewing experience
    • Stellar communication skills to Patients, Families, Clinical team, and Reps
    • Very strong organizational skills and interest in working in a fast paced environment
    • Strong computer skills- excel, Microsoft, EMR
    • Motivated to lead and proven focus on building relationships that last
    • ASC or Surgery experience appreciated

    • Base Salary range is $110-125,000
