    Description

    Responsibilities but not limited to:
    Process invoices from various locations for payment and makes good relationship with stores and vendors.
    Verify vendor accounts by reconciling weekly/monthly statements and related transactions.
    Document all accounts payable transactions and creating historical records by scanning documents.
    Monitor SAP vs. QB/B1 interface.
    Manage intercompany transactions and monitoring AP/AR balance.
    Manage the daily cash position to balance in-flow and outflows.
    Manage fund control and review trade and expense payable.
    Perform monthly closing (GR/IR clearing).
    Work with internal and external auditors during review and audits to ensure full cooperation and compliance with qualified requests.


    Job Qualifications:
    BS/BA in Accounting, Finance or Economics or related field
    Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics
    Knowledge in SAP is preferred
    Bilingual in English and Korean preferred
