POSITION TITLE:
Associate, Accounts Receivables


Location:
Remote


General Purpose
Responsible for the general accounting function, including preparing journal entries, maintaining schedules and ledgers, and account reconciliation.

Assisting with monthly closings and account analysis and supporting other accountants in carrying out the responsibilities of the accounting department.


Main Job Tasks, Duties, and Responsibilities

  • Prepare Asset Recovery/Sales Invoices
  • Monthly Sales reconciliations
  • Daily recording and tracking of Individual Donations through Online Portals
  • Assist with reconciling and maintaining balance sheet accounts
  • Prepare an analysis of accounts as requested
  • Assist with monthly, quarterly, and yearend closings
  • Administer accounts receivable
  • Monitor bank transactions and resolve any issues
  • Assist with the preparation and coordination of the audit process
  • Assist with implementing and maintaining internal financial controls and procedures

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent experience
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and practices
  • Proficiency in relevant accounting software
