    ColonialWebb is expanding their safety team and is looking for a strong influential Safety Manager. If you are a leader and like to connect with your team then this job could be right for you

    A day in the life:
    Assist with the development of safety professionals through coaching, performance management, and succession planning
    Demonstrate and apply safety regulations
    Manage workers' compensation cases, fleet incidents, and property damage to completion, resolution, and/or maximum medical improvement
    Travel across the Company's footprint to other operating locations within the business unit. Periodic regional travel is required

    You should have:
    Five years of safety operations experience in the contracting industry and leadership experience
    Bachelor's or associate's degree in occupational safety or a related field of study from an accredited college or university or equivalent years of experience
    Experience overseeing a safety program for multiple sites/offices
    Ability to recognize onsite risk factors and take appropriate action with firmness and tact
    Strong sense of responsibility and ownership for projects
