We are Hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)!

We are a dedicated team providing top-notch Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for children and teenagers diagnosed with autism. Our goal is to create a positive impact in the lives of our clients and their families. Join us in our mission to make a real difference!

Responsibilities:

Utilize available resources to select appropriate assessments and complete all necessary components for client evaluations within the required timeframe.
Conduct various assessments such as VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, Essential for Living, Functional Assessments, and Functional Analysis.
Prepare detailed reports, including functional behavior assessments, treatment plans, intervention strategies, and discharge summaries.
Provide behavioral skills training to educate direct care staff on the necessary skills for client programs. Regularly monitor progress and adjust programs as needed.
Train and oversee behavior technicians in implementing ABA procedures and interventions.
Develop personalized programs based on client and caregiver needs.

Requirements:

Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
Minimum of two (2) years of professional experience working with children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorders (ASD) in a team environment.
Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing with the BACB.
Demonstrated integrity and adherence to ethical standards, HIPAA regulations, and company policies.
Physical ability to move, stand, sit, and lift items up to 50 lbs. as required.
