    Description
    Seeking an Operations Analyst to support our banking client in Santa Clara, CA


    Note:
    This position is hybrid, and will need to go to the office 1 to 2 times per month


    Requirements:

    The Contractor will work in a Hybrid role and will need to go to the office 1 to 2 times per month.

    This position within the Wire Investigations team will handle and resolve wire transfer issues and provide operational support to team members serving on ISO20022 project.

    Responsibilities include but are not limited to wire research:
    Wire amendments, recalls, returns, and traces.

    The role may also include general ledger account research, updates to procedures, process maps, and job aids, and the creation of training materials.


    Qualifications:
    Minimum 3-5 years of operational banking experience strongly preferredStrong ability to multi-task and support cross-functional teams Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong problem-solving and research skills and ability to identify issues requiring escalation Works well independently as well as part of a cohesive team Strong organizational and time management skills
