Rolling Fields is currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team at Liebherr-Werk Biberach GmbH. We are a leading manufacturer of high-quality tower cranes and mobile construction cranes.

Our fast-erecting cranes, top-slewing cranes, and mobile construction cranes are used successfully worldwide and are known for their efficiency and performance.


Responsibilities:

  • Independently plan and organize internal and external trainings
  • Manage and execute projects related to personnel development
  • Assist in the implementation of new personnel development tools
  • Coordinate and organize personnel marketing activities
  • Create evaluations and reports on training programs
  • Support daily operations and act as a point of contact for trainingrelated matters
  • Assist in change management processes

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Adult Education, Social Economics, or a related field
  • Previous experience in personnel development is an asset
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Independent, reliable, and detailoriented
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Proactive and flexible
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Good command of English
