Matratzen Concord is Europe's largest specialist for mattresses with almost 600 stores and around employees in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.

Our mission is to find the right mattress for every customer through individual and competent consultation, whether in-store or online.

When it comes to a good night's sleep, we are the experts.

Your main tasks include customer consultation and active sales.

In addition to handling the complete sales process, you will also take care of other tasks in the store, such as:

Ordering and receiving merchandise
Store design according to guidelines from headquarters
Maintaining store cleanliness

You enjoy sales and interacting with customers, and this is reflected in your work.

You may have previous experience as a retail salesperson or may be a career changer, such as a restaurant manager, baker, or hairdresser.

You are able to work independently and meticulously, and you work well with your colleagues as a team. You are motivated, dedicated, flexible, and helpful. You are also willing to work in different store locations when needed.
