RMA / MRB Planning Coordinator
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
RMA Order Management:
- Direct interface with customer, or ATS sales/BD to ensure repair purchase order is clean and meets order acceptance requirements and manage any change orders.
- Process customer repair purchase order into company Oracle ERP
- Work with program managers and other functions to manage order/parts to ship on time per customer requests.
- Coordinate with production, quality, planning, and procurement for repair completion dates.
- Generate shipping documents related to repairs (system or manual).
- Follow all SOX requirements related to order processing and invoicing.
Formal Quote Generation:
- Preparation of formal repair quotes requested by production team based on findings of evaluated hardware.
- Assist with obtaining necessary approvals for repair pricing, etc.
RMA / MRB Support
- Acquire and maintain a thorough knowledge of all products and services related to RMA & MRB
- Generate and issue RMA numbers to customers upon request.
- Create, update, distribute and maintain RMA / MRB reports as needed.
- Manage backlog of RMA's / MRB.
- Follow up on all open, outstanding, unreturned RMA's with suppliers and customers (flag when appropriate and help to determine next steps).

- Overall responsibility for exceeding key metrics
- Continuously and proactively reviews process and defines strategies to optimize process.
- All other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Qualifications / Requirements
- Associates degree or 2+ years of equivalent experience.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and Microsoft Outlook.
- Professionalism, Initiative, desire for career progression.
- Superb organization skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask between multiple departments and meet deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, mature attitude, customer service experience.
- High focus on details and accuracy.
- Ability to prioritize activities and multitask in a fastpaced environment.
- Effective problemsolving skills.
- Experience in Oracle is a plus.
- This is an onsite role in our Lake Forest, CA office.
