- Education: Bachelor's Degree, or High School Diploma/GED with four years of relevant work experience
- Experience: Two years of relevant work experience in addition to education - Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
- Valid Driver's License with a clean record - EXCELLENT VERBAL AND WRITTEN COMMUNICATION SKILLS
- Adjust messaging as per audience background and expectations
- Communicate clearly with appropriate body language, eye contact, and facial expressions
- Organize communication logically for better comprehension - EXCEPTIONAL TIME MANAGEMENT AND ORGANIZATIONAL SKILLS

I. Job Summary:
The Route Manager Trainee (RMT) program aims to groom individuals for roles as frontline Route Managers. The majority of the training involves on-field interaction with frontline staff.
Through our practical training program, you will learn how to enhance financial profitability, boost operational efficiency, enhance customer satisfaction, and lead teams effectively. Candidates must be open to relocating within a specific geographical area post-training.
II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
This role may involve occasional leadership/management responsibilities during the program.
IV. Qualifications:
The following requirements are essential for this role:
- Openness to relocation within a designated area post-training if needed
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Capability to travel in a vehicle for up to 12 hours or sit at a desk for the same duration
