    A Manager Trainee will learn and manage several areas of operations and will effectively coordinate field employees in order to meet our customer's high standards and expectations.     Description:

    • Learn to dispatch technicians to customer job sites to assess customers' service, repair or installation needs and track jobs for completion to customers' satisfaction
    • Perform employee performance reviews, document performance issues, provide necessary employee counseling with targeted improvement action plans
    • Provide exceptional customer service
    • Additional responsibilities as assigned

    Pay:

    $21.63-$26.44/hour based on experience.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications:

    • Adaptable to change and good at multi-tasking
    • Must have excellent communication and organizational skills and a good mechanical aptitude
    • Ability to effectively communicate with the customer and represent the company in a professional manner
    • Bachelors Degree - can be currently in school or graduating soon.
    • Candidates who have held some leadership positions and/or have high level extra curriculars would be a great fit

    Work Environment:

    Candidate will be interacting with the warehouse, operations, and administrative teams as needs and interests are discovered.

    Experience Level:

    Entry Level - New graduates would be a great fit for this position
