    **Description**

    **Customer Service Call Center- AKC Reunite Recovery Coordinators. We offer a paid training training class which will be provided remotely. This position is Fulltime with benefits, starting hourly rate is $13.00-$14.00 per hour.**

    AKC Reunite is seeking Customer Service Recovery Coordinators to join our team. We are looking for people who enjoy problem solving while providing our customers with an amazing experience while working from home. Must reside in North Carolina.

    Perform recoveries of lost and found animals from inquiries via phone, fax, email or web-based. Provide data entry and customer service duties for AKC Reunite microchip enrollments. Must have a pleasant telephone demeanor, the ability to communicate well with a diverse customer base, and work well with other team members. Call center is 24/7/365 and based from a work from home/home office environment.

    **Essential Duties:**

    Primary responsibility is to answer telephones and handle each caller's requests.

    Process enrollments sent by customers and to update current records or handle transfer of ownership per customer requests.

    Process other transactions such as collar tag and Lost Pet Alert orders as needed. Prompt customer for upgrades as appropriate.

    Enter call information accurately into call management system and escalate more complex issues in a timely manner as directed.

    Recovery Coordinator will need to have flexibility with changing policies, procedures and work schedules.

    **Qualifications:**

    Must have a direct wired connection to their modem or router, with 10MBps download speeds and nearly 1 MBps upload speeds available within 6 feet of the home office set up. Your computer or router should be physically connected to the modem by a cable. **No wireless connection**.

    High school graduate or equivalent

    Must have pleasant and articulate telephone voice/manner; a responsible and professional attitude; and be able to function under pressure and maintain composure.

    **Position will require someone that is available to work 1 weekend shift each week. Must be flexible since schedules will vary. This position will include working 1 weekend shift as well as other shifts.**
