    Job Description

    BlueTriton Brands is seeking a Sr. Human Resources Manager based in Zephyrhills, FL, reporting directly to the Head of Product Supply HR. The Sr.

    Human Resources Manager is a player-coach role that will partner with our teams to provide HR consultation, training and support for a region that operates 24/7.

    The role will also be responsible for leading the Southeast HR team inclusive of 5 factories to include 3 in Florida (Zephyrhills, Madison, High Springs) and 2 in the Carolinas (McBee, SC and Charlotte, NC).

    Key Responsibilities


    • Own, in collaboration with the Product Supply Regional Vice President, driving the people portion of BlueTriton Brands "10 Manufacturing principles."
    • Lead a team of 3 geographically dispersed HR professionals within the area of coverage.
    • Execute staffing initiatives and ensure support and achievement of the overall labor budget (fixed and variable)
    • Create and drive programming to enhance the employee experience through leadership effectiveness at all levels and being able to engage/influence the business to action for improvement.
    • Ensure sustained compliance with all company, state and labor laws, in addition to federal guidelines.
    • Champion change management efforts through continuous improvement, leadership training and development and employee engagement.
    • Create and lead strategies to support and enable a positive work environment.
    • Serve as a coach to leaders on their development, to include guiding through employee relations challenges.
    • Facilitate talent, compensation, benefits, and training programs, with the majority of the content provided through the applicable Centers of Excellence (COE).
    • Provide on call support to your teams and business partners for critical issues, as needed.
    Qualifications

    • Adept at engaging with employees at all levels and enjoys working in a factory environment.
    • Demonstrated positive impact on key people-related metrics to continuously improve and evolve culture (employee retention, talent bench, diversity representation, employee engagement, etc.)
    • Demonstrated project leadership and change management experience to include development, creation/handling of related communication, marketing of change and initiative execution.
    • Self-motivated, with the ability to balance multiple high-priority initiatives/projects and responsibilities on time and in full.
    • Strong facilitation and communication skills (verbal, written, presentation, meetings, training sessions).
    • Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and key business stakeholders.
    • Skilled and knowledgeable in senior leadership development and coaching.
    • Ability to identify, assess and translate knowledge of the business and internal/external trends to initiatives and projects.
    • In depth knowledge of applicable labor law
    • 10+ years progressive HR Generalist experience, inclusive of leading and developing HR Professionals
    • Experience in leading through complex/sensitive issues.

    Experience in Continuous Improvement, (Examples:
    TPM, Six Sigma, and/or Lean)


    • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Psychology, Org Development and/or related field, preferred OR equivalent experience.
    • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and business management software, SAP and SuccessFactors (preferred)
    • Ability to travel approximately 30% of the time in support of region or national initiatives.
