- Champion the philosophy, mission, and vision of Florida Hospital and Adventist Health system to staff, patients, and external contacts.
- Create a safe and conducive environment for patient care delivery by overseeing operational processes, practice rounds, inventory control, and equipment checks, addressing any identified issues promptly.
- Supervise all staff within the assigned practices, bridging the gap between support staff and physicians.
- Lead recruitment, selection, orientation, and performance evaluation of staff, excluding employed physicians. Collaborate with the Director of Operations and Shared Services on corrective actions and staff dismissals.
- Inspire and coordinate departmental activities, ensuring staff scheduling enhances provider productivity, maintains high clinical and service quality, and promotes operational, financial, and patient access adequacy.

The role you'll play:
The Practice Manager oversees the daily operational success of the assigned medical practice(s). This role involves managing one or two practice locations with one to three providers, offering support and direction in line with provided tools. The Practice Manager coordinates all practice activities, excluding those requiring professional medical judgment. Responsibilities include providing support services such as compliance, auditing, coding, credentialing, accounts receivable, and denial management to ensure cost-effective, high-quality healthcare services for all patients.
