- Enter customer data accurately and efficiently into our database
- Process incoming customer inquiries, resolving issues or redirecting them to the appropriate department
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and live chat
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy when interacting with customers
- Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and timely resolution of issues
- Organize and update customer information as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in data entry or customer service preferred
- Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy
- Strong computer and typing skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with CRM systems and customer service software is a plus
