    1+ years of Construction Accounting work experience
    AA Degree or higher, ideally in Accounting
    Strong computer skills including proficiency with Excel - experience with Sage 100 is a Big Plus
    Ability to handle confidential information with the utmost discretion
    Process and enter all incoming AP invoices and subcontractor payment applications as they are received, resolving any discrepancies.
    Obtain subcontractor supplier releases as needed for all subcontractor payment applications.
    Aid and support to users of job cost accounting.

    Manage & obtain all construction-related compliance documentation from subcontractors and enter the required information into the accounting system (including conditional/unconditional releases, Master Agreements, Contractor's Licenses & insurance info).

    Closes projects in accounting software, including verification of all data and resolving all discrepancies.
    Fulfil check request for permits, following up on the collection of receipts and entry into accounting software.
    Assist in completion of credit applications and new account setup.
