    Consider joining our team as an Association Manager for our Carolina Regional Office located in Raleigh, North Carolina.

    Who you are:

    • You have more than a year of HOA or COA management experience, plus an Associates Degree in a related field - or a combination of related experience and education.
    • You have strong financial acumen, enabling you to prepare budgets and report on monthly financials.
    • You have an understanding of Board meetings and the related procedures and decorum.
    • You're computer literate and skilled in MS Office (including Word, Excel, and Outlook) and Yardi software.
    • You understand that the customer experience is one of the most important aspects of your job.
    • You have a valid driver's license with a reliable vehicle and auto insurance, and you are willing to submit to a drug and background check if offered this position.

    What you'll do as an Association Manager:

    • Assist the Boards in establishing short and long-term goals and with preparation of the annual budget.
    • Provide Boards with short and long-term plans for repairs, replacements, and preventative maintenance needs.
    • Operate the managed assets within the fiscal guidelines of the Boards.
    • Obtain bids for Board approvals, schedule work, monitor contracted services, and process vendor invoices.
    • Inspect properties weekly for maintenance or landscaping needs, policy violations, and safety matters.
    • Prepare violation and enforcement letters at the discretion of the Boards.
    • Office hours: Monday - Friday 8am-4pm (with flexibility) and scheduled after-hours Board meetings (some evenings and occasional weekends)

    Requirements:
    • HOA or COA management experience
    • Proficient in MS Office products
    • Availability for night and occasional weekend Board meetings
