- Successfully complete the job requirements associated with three rotations over typically an 18 to 24-month period, in addition to all program training requirements. Potential rotational assignments may include Operational Excellence, Project Management, Mine Planning, Process Excellence, Mobile Fleet Management, or other based on interest and business need.
- Actively learn the role requirements of each rotational assignment, deliver strong project and/or task performance, and leave your mark on the team by delivering lasting improvements.
- Collaborate with project and cross-functional teams to solve complex business problems, learning and applying continuous improvement methodologies to deliver desired business results.
- Transform data into information, information into insights and insights into value creation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships across the organization, including internal customers and peers.
- Support other strategic initiatives and projects as assigned by The Company.
- Perform all activities in accordance with the Company's Mission, Vision, and Values, and in compliance with the Company's policies, procedures, and Code of Ethical Business Conduct.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration or related field required.
- Data analysis, presentation and group project experience required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Power Point required.
- Organized and detail oriented with ability to manage tasks and timelines required.
- Self-motivated with ability to work with minimal supervision in a team environment required.
- Ability to learn quickly, adapt in a dynamic environment and multi-task required.
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time required.
- Previous internship or co-op experience preferred.
- ERP, Aggflow, Carlson, Maptek, and other systems experience preferred.
