- Initiating contact with customers for payment collection or negotiate payment plan
- Resolve payment discrepancies in a timely manner
- Generating past due aging reports to customers
- Submitting regular reports on status of unpaid accounts and any repayment progress.
- Processing of payments and refunds
- Updating account status and customer information with detailed documentation
- Ability to be friendly and understanding while continuing to stay firm with customers
- Knowledge of AR billing and collections procedures
- Proficient written and verbal communication skills as well as attention to detail
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
