We are currently seeking a highly skilled A/R Billing and Collection Specialist to join our dynamic team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional with a background in A/R accounting and expertise in AIA billing.

Required tasks will include, but are not limited to:

• Prepare and issue invoices
• Verify the accuracy of billing data and resolve discrepancies or issues.
• Collect outstanding payment and resolve billing related inquiries.
• Maintain and update accounts with payment information, adjustment and credits.
• Collaborate with the internal team to resolve billing and collection issues.
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies or disputes in a timely manner.
• Monitor accounts receivable and proactively address overdue payments.
• Prepare and analyze various reports related to billing, collection and accounts receivable.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and relevant regulations.
• Assist with monthend and yearend closing activities.

Pay:
$50, $65,000.00 per year
