    San Diego, CaliforniaClaims Legal – House Counsel /Exempt /HybridBerkshire Hathaway Homestate Companies is seeking an experienced workers' compensation defense attorney to join its in-house legal department.

    The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of California workers' compensation law, excellent communication, negotiation, deposition and litigation skills, and recent trial experience.

    REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONSLaw degree (JD or LLM) from an accredited law school.
    Active California State Bar membership.
