    About the role:

    • Position: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)


    Your main responsibilities will include:

    • Financial Strategy: Craft and implement a robust financial strategy aligned with the company's long-term objectives, rooted in market insights and growth opportunities.

    • Financial Planning and Analysis: Supervise financial planning processes and budgeting activities, ensuring accuracy and coherence across subsidiary entities.

    • Financial Risk Management: Establish proactive risk management practices to safeguard against financial uncertainties and fluctuations on a global scale.

    • Treasury Management: Manage liquidity, cash flows, and capital structures efficiently to optimize financial performance.

    • Financial Reporting and Compliance: Ensure adherence to international accounting standards and regulatory frameworks across diverse jurisdictions.

    • Leadership and Team Management: Provide mentorship to finance professionals and foster a culture of continuous learning and development.

    We are looking for candidates with:

    • At least 7 years of experience in CFO/Deputy CFO roles.

    • Extensive global exposure in the USA, European, and Asian markets.

    • Strong language skills, including fluency in English and preferably Russian.

    • Expertise in accounting, financial analysis, budgeting, and financial modeling.

    • Proficiency in risk assessment, financial regulations, and financial software.

    • Familiarity with financial due diligence, valuation, and deal structuring.

    • Knowledge of ERP systems and data analytics tools.
