    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our client's team and play a key role in overseeing the financial operation.

    The CFO will be responsible for providing strategic financial leadership, driving financial planning and analysis, optimizing capital structure, and ensuring financial stability and compliance across all investments.


    Key Responsibilities:

    Financial Strategy and Planning:
    Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with the overall objectives of the business.

    Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting processes, working closely with executive management teams to set financial targets and performance metrics.


    Financial Reporting and Analysis:
    Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements, and other relevant financial metrics.
    Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, providing actionable insights to support decision-making.

    Capital Management:
    Optimize capital structure and funding sources to support growth initiatives and maximize shareholder value.
    Manage relationships with financial institutions, investors, and other stakeholders to secure financing and manage debt/equity arrangements effectively.

    Risk Management and Compliance:
    Implement robust internal controls and risk management practices to safeguard assets and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
    Oversee financial audits and reviews, liaising with external auditors and legal counsel as necessary.

    Mergers and Acquisitions:
    Evaluate potential acquisition targets and strategic investment opportunities, conducting financial due diligence and risk assessment.
    Lead financial negotiations and structuring of deals, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to execute transactions successfully.

    Team Leadership and Development:
    Build and mentor a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
    Provide guidance and support to finance professionals within portfolio companies, promoting professional growth and development.

    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
    Proven track record of success in senior financial leadership roles within private equity, investment banking, or CPG industries.
    Extensive experience in financial planning and analysis, capital management, M&A, and risk management.
    Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights.
    Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities, with a collaborative and results-oriented approach.
