    Description

    Susan Crandall is searching for a dynamic leader to join our team, someone with genuine passion and a clear sense of purpose. With a rich history spanning 120 years, we are pioneers in our industry and strive to uphold this legacy.

    The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our existing base of 2,000 business clients, nurturing these relationships, and actively seeking out new opportunities through referrals and leads. Additionally, you will lead a small team in executing these tasks, guiding and training them to excel in their roles.

    As you become proficient in our systems and processes, you will progress into the role of Agency Director. This position offers a competitive weekly salary ranging from $70,000 to $85,000 in the first year, on average.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Service existing client base
    • Research new business opportunities (B2B)
    • Supervise team activities and monitor results
    • Train and develop incoming team members on existing systems
    • Report daily field activity using Salesforce-based CRM
    • Focus daily on recruiting, training, and leadership development

    Required Skills / Desired Qualifications:

    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Proven ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
    • Strong supervisory and leadership abilities
    • Capacity to prioritize tasks and delegate when necessary
    • Perform well in a fast-paced and occasionally stressful environment
    • Passionate about assisting people and fostering relationships
    • Experience in sales or customer service
    • Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset
    • Community involvement desire
    • Familiarity with CRMs (preferably Salesforce)

    Licensing Requirements:

    • Valid Driver's License and eligibility to work in the U.S.
    • Clean background check and personal transportation
    • Completion of a 45-day evaluation period before advancement
