    Description

    Susan Crandall is in search of a dedicated leader to join our team, someone with genuine passion and a clear sense of purpose. With a rich history of 120 years in the industry, we are pioneers in our field.

    As a member of our organization, your primary responsibilities will include servicing our existing base of 2,000 business clients, while also nurturing relationships to acquire new clients through referrals and generated leads. Additionally, you will be leading a small team to perform these essential tasks.

    By mastering our processes and systems, you will eventually progress into the role of Agency Director. This position offers a competitive weekly pay ranging from $70,000 to $85,000 in the first year.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Service existing client base
    • Research new business opportunities (B2B)
    • Supervision of team activity and results
    • Train and develop incoming team members on existing systems
    • Daily reporting of field activity using Salesforce-based CRM
    • Daily focus on recruiting, training, and leadership development

    Required Skills / Desired Qualifications:

    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Proven ability to meet deadlines with excellent time management skills
    • Strong supervisory and leadership abilities
    • Effective prioritization and delegation skills
    • Capacity to perform well in high-paced, sometimes stressful environments
    • Passion for fostering relationships and helping others
    • Sales or customer service background
    • Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset
    • Community-oriented with a desire to be actively involved
    • Proficiency in CRMs (Salesforce experience preferred)

    Licensing Requirements:

    • Driver's License and eligibility to work in the U.S. are mandatory
    • Clean background check and personal transportation are essential
    • Minimum 45-day evaluation period before potential advancement
