- Full-time hourly position: $20 per hour
- Weekly gas allowance included
- Performing cleaning duties
- Inspecting properties before guest arrivals
- Running errands
- Managing parking passes and inventory
- Building positive relationships with team members and management
- Communicating effectively with property owners
- Handling light home maintenance tasks
- Supervising and hiring additional cleaning staff
- Previous property management or cleaning experience preferred
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Use Time Clock App for clocking in and out
- Prior housekeeping experience
- Willingness to work full-time from 9am - 6pm, including weekends and holidays
- Proficient with technology and various devices
- Physically capable of tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds, bending, stooping, etc.
