For our location in Napoleon, OH, we are currently looking for a Quality Planning Manager (m/f/d) to start immediately or at the earliest possible date.

Your responsibilities:

  • Responsibility and management of product quality for new and series projects, as well as coordination with internal departments, suppliers, and customers
  • Planning and coordination of initial sampling of new parts according to customer requirements, taking into account VDA Volume 2 or PPAP/APQP
  • Identification of weaknesses and risks in the preseries phase
  • Participation in the Lessons Learned process (e.g. as part of design approvals, FMEA)
  • Implementation of test planning to ensure product quality
  • Definition and tracking of measures to achieve series maturity in terms of quality
  • Approval for series production upon achieving quality goals, from small series to mass production

Your profile:

  • Further education as a master or technician (in the field of metal or mechanical engineering) or completed studies in mechanical engineering or industrial engineering
  • Professional appearance and assertiveness
  • Independent, structured, and responsible way of working, even in deadlinecritical situations
  • Previous knowledge/qualifications in ISO 9001, IATF 16949, EMPB/PPAP, 8D method, Core Tools
  • Ideally, experience in maturity assurance for new parts/APQP, SixSigma (e.g. Yellow/Green Belt), product and process audits (VDA 6.3/6.5),
