    Job Description

    • Minimum of 1 year of call center experience required.
    • Experience in health/human services and familiarity with Medicaid preferred.
    • Conduct pre and post-enrollment site visits as per customer guidelines.
    • Deliver top-notch customer service primarily via phone to Medicaid Providers.
    • Assist providers with enrollment applications and troubleshoot any issues.
    • Follow established policies for application submission and processing.
    • Conduct necessary research for issue resolution.

    Your Role at Gainwell

    As a Provider Enrollment Representative, you play a crucial part in helping Gainwell's clients achieve better health and human services outcomes.

    • Conduct site visits following customer policies and maintain accurate records.
    • Travel to provider offices within 50 miles of the Delaware border.
    • Support the Provider Enrollment call center.

    Ensure efficient operations in a busy call center environment. Assist callers with enrollment queries, interpret policies accurately, and document all interactions clearly. Maintain updated resource information and resolve disputes promptly.

    Requirements

    • Experience in a metric-driven work environment.
    • Proficiency with auto-answer systems.
    • Background in the Healthcare Industry.
    • Experience with Medicaid or Medicare.
    • Previous work with service level agreements (SLAs).
    • Knowledge of provider enrollment or credentialing.
