Job Description

In this role, you will work in a fast-paced environment by assisting key company initiatives. You will be responsible for analyzing data, preparing documents and timelines, making recommendations based on cross-functional collaboration, and monitoring and coordinating special projects.

Job Duties

Supports administrative operations and activities including special projects, budget analysis, and other specialized functions.
Organize and prepare for meetings, including gathering documents and attending to logistics of meetings.
Assists in identifying and resolving operational and administration issues; observes, gathers, compiles, verifies, analyzes, and correlates pertinent information, facts, and data; identifies alternative solutions or sound conclusions; and makes and assists in the implementation of recommendations.
Collects and organizes specified data from various sources, which may include departmental heads and subject matter experts, surveys of reports and forecasts, personal observations, budgetary documentation, and other appropriate resources.
Analyzes collected data for trends and outliers with an eye toward improving the organizations efficiency, profits, or other specified parameters.
Other job duties as assigned by leadership.

Skills/Abilities

Adept with basic research method and mastery of basic math and statistics.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to think analytically.
Detail-oriented self-starter with prior experience in the financial services industry
Ability to create visual descriptions of findings and present them to staff at varying levels in the organization.
Ability to collaborate with the managerial staff of various departments and work independently.
Ability to use a computer and other office productivity tools with sufficient speed and accuracy to meet the demands of the job

Physical Abilities

Ability to navigate various locations and settings of the company.
Ability to perform work duties from limited space workstation/desk/office area for extended periods of time
