Description
The Financial Analyst is responsible for supporting senior management in analyzing and monitoring the Company's performance.Supports the creation and communication of the annual budget, quarterly financial and operational forecasts, and various ad-hoc financial and operational analyses.
Creates and distributes monthly management reports. Coordinates capital expenditure and headcount planning. Helps ensure that all work created and distributed by the finance department is timely and professional in appearance.
Responsible for the analysis of Company and Divisional financial performance with a particular emphasis on tracking and interpreting key performance metrics.

Demonstrated attention to detail, good time management and organization skills.
Other:
Must be able to travel occasionally should a business need arise. For most roles travel would not be common. Travel may involve plane, car or metro. In accordance with ADA policies, reasonable accommodations regarding travel limitations can be provided.
