    Description
    Centerspace is looking for a Financial Analyst to join our FP&A Team.

    This individual will be responsible for providing key financial and operational analysis, leading budgeting and forecasting initiatives, annual operating plan analysis and treasury management with exposure to senior leadership team.

    As a self-motivated Financial Analyst, you will work independently with guidance given. Your role involves prioritizing tasks, meeting deadlines, interpreting financial data, and maintaining attention to detail. Strong organizational and analytical skills are essential.


    Duties and Responsibilities:
    Analyze financial and operational data to provide insights for decision-making
    Develop and analyze reports on key operating metrics in collaboration with team members
    Support forecasting, budgeting processes, and the design of business intelligence reporting tools
    Provide sophisticated reporting to senior management based on extensive knowledge of financial systems and company operations
    Manage relationships with financial partners, assist in new debt procurement, and ensure compliance
    Conduct treasury forecasting and modeling, overseeing cash management strategy.
    Support insurance underwriting, broker relationships, and analysis of insurance program coverage
    Collaborate with operations leadership to enhance financial management practices
    Make recommendations for financial efficiencies and data accuracy.
    Participate in month and quarter-end activities in partnership with accounting
    Maintain positive relationships with internal and external partners

    Qualifications:

    1-2 years of experience in finance or accounting
    Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, or Accounting
