Experienced IT Business Analyst OpportunitySummary
Join our team as an IT Business Analyst, bringing at least five years of experience to the table.
In this role, you will play a pivotal part in supporting and troubleshooting user and application issues within a specific business area.
Your expertise will be essential in analyzing, designing, and implementing business processes and applications.Collaboration with various IT stakeholders and internal customers will be crucial as you work on new product reviews, tests, and pilots.
Key ResponsibilitiesDay-to-Day Support:
Offer day-to-day support and troubleshooting for user and application problems within a designated business area.
Process Expertise
Provide process, functional, and technical expertise for the analysis, design, and implementation of business processes and applications within an assigned business area.
Collaborate with IT team members and internal customers on new product reviews, tests, and pilots.
Foster and maintain productive relationships with internal teams and business partners.
Requirements Analysis
Elicit, document, and analyze requirements and functional specifications for cross-functional projects to provide optimal solutions for business needs.
Solution Design
Collaborate with senior team members to design and secure approval for solutions that address business needs.
Proactively utilize business and functional knowledge to design solutions addressing specific business requirements.
Project Integration
Integrate project activities with Quality Assurance and Software Development teams to ensure successful implementation and support of projects.
Maintain project tasks in the production ticket system or project server on a weekly basis.
Testing And Support
Create or assist in creating and executing test scripts for modules or applications to minimize production issues post-implementation of enhancements, changes, or upgrades.
Consultation
Provide consulting support on processes and systems issues, identifying inefficiencies, conflicting practices, and integration challenges, and suggesting alternative solutions.
Documentation
Document system functions and cross-functional processes for the IT group and internal business customers.
