    Welcome to Our Team!
    We are currently seeking a Certified Medication Aide to join our caring and dedicated staff. As a Certified Medication Aide, you will play a vital role in helping residents with daily activities and enhancing their quality of life.


    Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
    - Dispensing medications under the direction of a licensed nurse following established procedures
    - Assisting residents with personal care functions as needed
    - Supporting residents during mealtimes and monitoring eating habits
    - Escorting residents to daily activities
    - Maintaining a clean and organized environment for residents
    - Recording vital signs and promptly reporting any changes
    - Ensuring compliance with documentation requirements
    - Engaging with residents and families to provide exceptional care
    - Attending staff meetings, trainings, and educational classes
    - Performing additional assigned duties as needed

    Physical Requirements:
    - Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills
    - Physical abilities including bending, kneeling, squatting, standing, and lifting up to 50lbs
    - Availability to work a flexible schedule including weekdays, weekends, and holidays

    Qualifications & Requirements:
    - High school diploma or equivalent (GED) with additional certification training
    - Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) and Registered Medication Aide in the state
    - Minimum one year of experience in an assisted living community (preferred)
    - Current CPR, First Aid, and AED certifications
