    Schedule:

    Monday - Friday 1pm to 7pm

    Saturday 8am - 5pm (flexible to possibly be every other Saturday)

    Sundays off

    Responsibilities:

    Process cash and credit card payments

    Balance daily deposits

    Book repair orders and issue purchase orders

    Communicate with customers in a friendly and professional way

    Assist the Managers with various clerical duties, as needed

    Qualifications/experience:

    Excellent customer service skills and phone etiquette

    Professional appearance and demeanor a must

    Ability to handle multiple tasks at once

    Meticulous attention to detail

    Dealership experience preferred, but not required.

    Reynolds and Reynolds experience a plus

    *Must pass drug test and criminal background check
