Job description

Housekeeper
The Housekeeping position is responsible for completing daily assigned guestrooms, up to The Shoals standards. The position requires all guestrooms to be completed to management standards on a daily basis.

Essential Position Responsibilities:

Cleaning and maintaining assigned housekeeping equipment.
Assuming responsibility for assigned master key.
Accurately reporting room statuses.
Completing daily assignments within a reasonable time frame.
Cleaning guest rooms to company and management standards.
Friendly and pleasant demeaner with resort guests & coworkers.
Completing assigned room touchups.
Turning assigned housekeeping worksheet into the housekeeping manager at the end of work shift.
Completing all other duties assigned by GM and/or Housekeeping Manager.
