    En Lindt Iberia estamos buscando un Especialista de la gestin de Customer Service que gestione las operaciones con el cliente des del pedido hasta la facturacin reportando al Customer Service Manager.

    **Algunas de las principales funciones de esta posicin sern:**

    Ser el responsable de la recepcin y entrada de pedidos de la cartera de clientes asignados, verificando precios y fechas de entregas en SAP.

    Ser el contacto con el equipo comercial para facilitar la gestin de los clientes target tanto por mail como por telfono.

    Realizar el seguimiento diario de las entregas junto con el Operador Logstico para garantizar que servimos el producto solicitado en el plazo requerido.

    Resolver las incidencias propias del puesto, incluyendo pedidos retrasados y retornados.

    Gestionar de las devoluciones de clientes, de acuerdo con la poltica marcada por la Compaa.

    Llevar a cabo la facturacin, recepcin, proceso, gestin de reclamaciones y abonos de pedidos.

    Hacer el seguimiento y dar el soporte de las diferentes tareas administrativas asignadas del departamento.

    **Requisitos**

    **Estamos buscando un perfil que rena estas caractersticas:**

    Experience & tools:

    Licenciatura en ADE o similar.

    Mnimo 2 aos de experiencia en una posicin similar deseable en FMCG

    Experiencia en SAP (modulo SD, Sales and Distribution).

    Dominio de Excel a nivel alto (tablas dinmicas, funciones etc.)

    Ingls mnimo B2 y deseable portugus.

    Skills:

    Perfil proactivo y resolutivo.

    Orientado a resultados y que busque la excelencia en su trabajo.

    Que proponga mejoras.

    Perfil paciente y con capacidad de escucha.

    Que le guste trabajar en equipo.
