Position:
Production Manager

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Production Manager to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will oversee the entire production process, ensuring that our bridal gowns are produced to the highest standards and delivered on time.

This role requires a keen eye for detail, exceptional problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the production process from start to finish, ensuring all bridal gowns meet our high standards of quality and craftsmanship.

Develop and manage production schedules to ensure timely delivery of made-to-order gowns.
Coordinate with design, sourcing, and sales teams to ensure seamless production workflows.
Source and negotiate with suppliers and manufacturers to obtain the best materials and production services.
Monitor production costs and implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality.
Conduct quality control inspections and troubleshoot any issues that arise during production.
Maintain production documentation and ensure all processes comply with company standards.
Manage and mentor a team of production staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Production Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in production management, preferably in bridal or high-end fashion.
Strong understanding of garment construction and bridal wear.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in production management software and tools.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Passion for fashion and a keen eye for detail.
